Cancellation policy
Coffee subscriptions may be canceled at any time. To prevent the next shipment from being processed, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the next scheduled shipment date.
Customers may manage their subscriptions online, including pausing deliveries, skipping shipments, updating products, or canceling future orders.
There are no cancellation fees, and you may reactivate your subscription whenever you'd like.
