Processing Time Orders placed by Thursday evening will be roasted and processed the next day on Friday. Orders placed after Thursday evening will be processed and roasted the next Friday. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times-days may vary. We will communicate any unique schedule changes due to holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

- Standard: 3-5 business days
Local Delivery We offer local delivery to select areas around Appleton, WI. Delivery availability and any minimum order requirements will be shown at checkout. You'll receive a notification when your order is on its way.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at staffandsparrowcoffee@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can make it right.
Freshness Note Our coffee is roasted fresh before shipping. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying your coffee within 2-4 weeks of the roast date. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
