At Staff & Sparrow Coffee, every bag is roasted with care and shipped with love. Because of the nature of our product, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
That said, we truly want you to have a great experience with us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at staffandsparrowcoffee@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll do our best to make it right.
